Video: Russian tourist climbs to top of Brooklyn Bridge, gets arrested

Yaroslav Kolchin, a tourist from Moscow, was arrested after he climbed the Brooklyn Bridge on Sunday. Kolchin, 24, was arraigned Monday and faces charges of reckless endangerment, trespass, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
