NBC’s New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly: The “Last Call” host fronts this new special, with scheduled performances by Green Day, Jay-Z and Rihanna (10 and 11:30 p.m. NBC).

Dick Clark’s Primetime New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2010: The former “American Bandstand” host is again joined by the current “American Idol” host for the festivities in Times Square (10 p.m. ABC).

106 & Party: BET looks back at 2009 and looks ahead to the New Year in this celebratory special (11 p.m. BET).

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2010: The party continues, with scheduled performances by the Black Eyed Peas, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Colbie Caillat, Jennifer Lopez and Daughtry (11:30 p.m. ABC).
