Loyola’s Thompson lives up to all the ballyhoo

A word I love is ballyhoo. So, get ready, here it comes.

Hollis Thompson -- the junior with a 4.2 GPA and star of Loyola boys’ basketball --entered the season with so much ballyhoo, havingcommitted to the Georgetown Hoyas. Has he lived up to it? Indeed. Thompson leads the No. 16-ranked Cubs (9-3) in points (20.5) and rebounds (10).
