Navy gets a good one in Big Bear’s Proctor

Quarterback Kriss Proctor of Big Bear, a three-sport standout who was one of the most versatile football players in Southern California, has committed to Navy.

Proctor, who’s also a top baseball player, will compete at quarterback. He has tremendous speed and can run an option attack.
