Boys’ basketball: Taft-Westchester is a battle

Bryce Jones is scoring and DeAndre Daniels is blocking shots, but Taft still trails Westchester, 21-18, with 3:16 left in the second quarter of the City Division I final.
Unsung Menas Stephens has given Westchester a lift with a couple of baskets. I’d be surprise if either team is able to pull away. Every possession is a battle.
