Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical in San Diego has been awarded a $99-million subcontract from Hughes Helicopter Inc. to build fuselages for the Army’s Apache attack helicopter.
It will take about six months before executives at San Diego-based Foodmaker Inc. decide whether to change the name of all 788 Jack in The Box fast food outlets to Monterey Jack’s. The new name is being test-marketed at 39 outlets in New Mexico, Texas and Seattle.
