Swiss Avalanche Kills 6

SAMNAUN, Switzerland — An avalanche killed six Swiss skiers Thursday, the second worst such tragedy this year. Three people who were rescued were slightly injured. So far this winter, 53 people have died in snow slides in Switzerland. Last month a slide swept 11 people to their death.
