Three Californians are among the six winners of $2,000 grants sponsored by the Shidler Group, Honolulu-based national real estate investment network.
The California winners are Paul Carmack, an MBA candidate in real estate at UCLA; Mark Conroe, an MBA candidate in real estate and finance at Stanford, and Andrew Murphy, an MBA candidate in real estate and finance at UC Berkeley.
The essay contest promotes innovative ideas in real estate entrepreneurship, according to Jay Shidler, the firm’s president.
