June Completion Scheduled for Equidon Plaza

June completion has been scheduled for the $50-million, 280,000-square-foot Equidon Plaza, the initial development of the 125-acre Wateridge Corporate Office Park on 9.2 acres near the intersection of Interstates 805 and 5 in San Diego’s Sorrento Valley area.
Built by Equidon Builders and designed by WZMH Group California Inc., the three mid-rise buildings will provide for efficient use of office space, according to John B. Parker, president of Irvine-based Equidon. Coldwell Banker is the leasing agent.
“We are totally committed to San Diego with such projects as Equidon Plaza, Equidon Research Park and the La Jolla Cancer Research Foundation,” Parker said.
