‘The Wrong Message’

Many law-abiding citizens of this state correctly believe that one of the greatest threats to our system of government in California is an increasing activist liberal majority on the state Supreme Court. This court, instead of interpreting the law of the land, is using its special awesome power to institute sweeping social changes consistent with its own liberal philosophy.

Despite overwhelming evidence of guilt in felony murder cases (in which criminal defendants have already been tried and convicted in the trial courts) the majority on the Supreme Court has reversed or overturned many, many of these convictions on flimsy and far reaching rulings. Is this applying the law and the Constitution fairly and honestly, doing what they are supposed to do?
