ICPR has gone out of business.

The public relations firm, formed 10 years ago from the merger of two other agencies, closed its doors following a long slowdown in business, said Cliff Dektar, a senior vice president of the Century City-based firm. ICPR, whose clients once included the Disney Channel, Carol Burnett and New West magazine, had about 24 employees, down from about 85 at its peak in the late 1970s.
