City’s AIDS Ordinance

The ultimate test of any religious faith is how its members react to their fellow man. Almost ALL organized faiths have failed the test in regard to the AIDS crisis and their failure to help the victims.
Churches have to go a long way to earn my respect. Let us see how they handle the AIDS problem.
