I was one of the ones who signed the petition to put Proposition A on the ballot. The person who asked me to sign it told me it would help us get more parks. (He also told me he was a volunteer; I later found out that he was paid 25 cents a signature.)
Now I find out that he was lying.
It seems that all Proposition A will do is stop growth in one part of the city and put it into other parts.
I don’t think Proposition A is a good idea anymore.
