Residents Warned of Jet Noise: Residents living in the cities surrounding the Marine Corps Air Station at El Toro will hear the noise of low-flying jets as pilots conduct aircraft-carrier landing practice today from 11 a.m. intermittently to 10 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to a base spokesman.
