Tillman Raises Record to 7-0 With Decision

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. —  Olympic gold medalist Henry Tillman, using an effective jab to keep Richard Scott at bay, posted a unanimous six-round decision in a heavyweight bout Wednesday night.

Tillman, of Los Angeles, had trouble handling the heavier Scott in the early rounds but used a good right-hand jab to keep his opponent away in the later rounds and raise his record to 7-0. He was ahead on the judge’s scorecards by margins of 6-0, 4-1-1 and 4-2.
