Patrick G. Putnam, vice president for finance for Anaheim-based Willdan Associates, has been promoted to the new position of senior vice president for finance and administration. Putnam, 38, serves on the 21-year-old civil engineering firm’s board of directors and its management committee. Putnam joined Willdan in 1980 after two years in private industry and nine years as a practicing Certified Public Accountant, six with Arthur Young and Co.
