Theme Building to Be Completed in Historical Area

A $5-million theme office building at 950 N. Spurgeon St., in Santa Ana’s French Park Historical Area is expected to be completed this summer.
Designed by Meyer-Lasley-Wilkinson of Irvine, the two-story, 25,000-square-foot building, named French Park Place, will feature a blend of circa-1900 architecture with modern office designs and conveniences.
