Firm Moves to Valencia Plant

T. V. Fanfare Publications Inc. has moved its corporate headquarters and main production facility into a new 54,000-square-foot building in Valencia.
Daum Corp. represented T. V. Fanfare in the $4-million transaction, which included $1 million in building improvements and a lease with an option to buy. Cliff Reston represented Reston-Sinco, the developer.
