I’m glad Latino theater is flourishing again.

Now can someone tell me why actor Tony Plana gets a three-dimensional role he can really work with in the movie “Latino,” but in the recent “The Best of Times” he’s used only for minority window-dressing?

!Orale! . . . better a small role for a Chicano than no role!
