El Torito Restaurants Inc. announced that Robert M. Coquillette, a retired vice president of W.R. Grace & Co., has been named a director of the Irvine restaurant chain. One of the largest Mexican-style restaurant chains in the United States, El Torito is a majority-owned subsidiary of New York-based W.R. Grace & Co.
