Anita M. Robinson, vice president and commercial lending officer at National Bank of Southern California in Santa Ana, has been appointed to head the bank’s newly created Small Business Administration Lending Division, said William Jacoby, the bank’s chairman, president and chief executive. Robinson, 33, has 15 years of banking experience and has been with the Santa Ana bank for three years.
