The Redevelopment Agency has approved preliminary plans for a Burger King at 10816 Jefferson Blvd. Monday. The project was approved on the condition that the restaurant site be graded 12 inches lower than originally planned, or that the height of the landscaping be increased four or five feet. Either would screen the restaurant from the street.
