The Commander in Chief is always right, and no one agrees with his judgment more than the Marines at the El Toro Marine Corps Air Station.
For the second consecutive year, the Commander in Chief’s Annual Award for Installation Excellence went to the El Toro base “to recognize the outstanding efforts of the people who operate and maintain our military installations.”
