Lewis Homes, in joint venture with McIntyre Co., holds the official opening of its 74-unit Covina Classics, a development of single-family residences, in Covina this weekend.
Forty homes have already sold during preview showings as a result of current home sales activity and due to the scarcity of new single-family home developments in the Covina area, according to the developer.
Prices at the development range from $122,950 to $141,950. Covina Classics’ three floor plans are displayed in single- and two-story designs with two bedrooms and loft or three bedrooms, two to 2 1/2 baths, within 1,414 to 1,678 square feet. The walled community will offer some buyers occupancy starting in May.
Features include rear- and side-yard fencing, front-yard sprinklers and seeding, tile roofs and microwave ovens, interior laundry areas and refrigerated air conditioning.
Sales office and three furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1083 Eva D. Edwards Ave., just south of Covina Boulevard.
