Antique Guild Signs Lease for Headquarters

The Antique Guild, a retailer of antiques and reproductions, has signed a five-year, $1.2-million lease with Cadillac Fairview Industrial Center for a 73,660-square-foot building at 921 W. Walnut St., Compton, which will serve as the Antique Guild’s new corporate headquarters.
The Guild’s headquarters was previously located in Carson. It was represented in the transaction by David Prior of the Klabin Co.
