ON THE TOWN: If you’re a celebrity watcher, last weekend’s heavy concert lineup was a great time for star gazing. Michael Jackson, wearing a clever disguise, was at Al Green’s show at the Wiltern Theatre, with pal Emmanuel Lewis (“Webster”) in tow. . . . Fun Couple Madonna and Sean Penn were on hand at John Cougar Mellencamp’s rave-up at the Forum last Sunday. . . . Meanwhile, a host of rockers rattled the pins at the fourth T.J. Martel Celebrity Rock ‘n’ Bowl fund-raiser in Redondo Beach, which earned $110,000 for cancer and leukemia research. High-bowlers included Bob Seger, Don Henley, Motley Crue’s Tommy Lee (with pal Heather Locklear), Katrina Leskanich (of the Waves) and most of the Heartbreakers, minus Tom Petty, who was ill. . . . And local bashers Vixen had a full house in their dressing room after the band’s show at the Whiskey last weekend. Visitors included David Lee Roth and most of his new band, Quiet Riot front-man Kevin Du Brow and Heart’s Howard Leese. . . . Meanwhile, Prince was over on the A&M; lot shooting a new video. Naturally, the Purple One came with a crowd, which included a pair of khaki-uniformed security guards, armed with shades, pistols, billy clubs and high-tech walkie-talkies. “It was a very Special Forces kind of look,” one A&M; lot resident noted. “Actually, we all felt very safe--it was like you were walking into Ft. Knox.”
