Law Firm Leases Entire Floor in Jewelry Center

The law firm of Cotkins, Collins, Koltz & Franscell has leased an additional 11,160 square feet of space in the International Jewelry Center at 550 S. Hill St. in downtown Los Angeles.
Under terms of the $9.5-million agreement, the firm will now be the sole occupant of the 13th floor, comprising more than 28,000 square feet of leasable office space in the 400,000-square-foot building.
