Architects Asked to Cite Knowledge of Preservation

The Los Angeles Board of Public Works is seeking submissions of qualifications from architectural firms experienced with criteria of the state Office of Historic Preservation for the preservation of historic properties.
The submissions are requested by Thursday from firms interested in providing design services for properties located in Barnsdall Park.
Design services are required for the Carriage House, restoration of existing structures, circulation and signage, a master landscape plan and other facilities.
All materials should be submitted to P. J. McCarty, principal architect, Architectural Division, Room 890, City Hall East, 2000 N. Main St., Los Angeles, CA 90012-4848.
