Eastman Signs Lease at Signal Hill Center

Eastman Inc., a national distributor of office supplies not affiliated with Eastman Kodak, has signed a 15-year lease valued at $30 million for 460,000 square feet in the Long Beach-Signal Hill Business Center in Signal Hill.
The firm will occupy its space in the center’s $20-million, 12-acre first phase at Willow Street and Redondo Avenue on the site of the former Long Beach General Hospital; completion is expected in October.
