Edward F. Gotschall has been named senior vice president, corporate controller of the finance division at Pacific Savings Bank. He replaces Roy Painter, who went to Gerard Savings Bank in San Diego. Gotschall previously served as vice president, controller at Security Pacific International Finance Inc., in San Diego.
Pacific Savings also announced the appointment of Paul Tuan, who takes the newly created position of vice president, chief planning officer. Tuan previously was vice president, planning with First Interstate Bank in Los Angeles.
Pacific Savings Bank has assets of $1.4 billion.
