CSX Corp., parent of the nation’s second-largest railroad system, said that second-quarter earnings fell $3 million, mostly due to lower income from company real estate sales. The transportation, energy and property conglomerate said in a statement that earnings for the April-June period totaled $124 million. Revenue was $1.6 billion, down about $200 million from the year before.
