Reagan Tax Speech Set

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will fly to Alabama next Thursday to deliver a speech on congressional moves to overhaul the nation’s tax system, it was announced today. Reagan will speak at a luncheon meeting of the Chamber of Commerce at the civic center in Dothan.
