Help-Line to Begin: Needy west county residents will be able to get health and human services information and referrals with one phone call starting today when the first countywide Help-Line is opened. Help-Line is a computerized information bank created by the West Orange County Hotline, the City of Irvine and the Community Development Council. By dialing (714) 894-4242, those in need of assistance will be hooked up for assistance from agencies throughout the county. The program has been more than a year in development and planning.
