$300,000 Donated to Hospital by Auxiliary

A record $300,000 was donated to Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital by the hospital auxiliary during 1985-86. Since 1954, when the hospital opened, the auxiliary has contributed more than $3 million. With facilities in Inglewood and Marina del Rey, the hospital is a nonprofit, full service health-care facility operated by the Catholic Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet.
