Nit-Picking About Cats

Santa Ana, Calif.: a town plagued by drug dealers, handguns, street prostitution, houses overcrowded with illegal aliens, major street gang violence and, last but not least in the eyes of some city councilmen, a few dreaded multicat households (homes bearing six or more cats) that need a new law created just for them!
It is a law that not only would be costly to enforce, but virtually impossible.
After all, they’ve got laws for all of Santa Ana’s other “problems,” and they don’t do a lot of good--do they?
