RHB Buys Buildings in Warner Center Area

RHB Properties of Beverly Hills has purchased a two-building complex at 6320-30 Variel Ave. in the Warner Center area of the San Fernando Valley from Trammell Crow Co. for more than $5 million.
The buildings have a total of 53,000 square feet and will continue to be occupied by Smith Kline BioScience Laboratories, according to a spokesman for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, which represented all parties in the transaction.
Renovations will be started soon to refurbish the buildings into two office buildings, one with 32,400 square feet and the other with 26,000 square feet.
