We are greatly indebted to Hank Kovell for his fine article (Mature Traveler, July 6) about Golden Tours, our nonprofit tour service based in Alhambra.
We have mailed over 1,000 free brochures to Travel Section readers and we have welcomed more than 200 new members to the fold. Members must be age 50 or older. There are only two boarding points for the bus trips: Alhambra and Pasadena.
