Our Best Tell Outruns Deal Price in Stretch, Wins Del Mar Feature

Our Best Tell, ridden by Pat Valenzuela, outdueled Deal Price through the stretch Thursday and won by a head in the $35,000 feature race for older fillies and mares at Del Mar.
Deal Price, ridden by Laffit Pincay, finished 1 3/4 lengths in front of third-place finisher Rangoon Ruby, ridden by Eddie Delahoussaye.
Our Best Tell earned $19,250 and was clocked in 1:15 3/5 for 6 1/2 furlongs over a fast main track.
Sent off a slight favorite, Our Best Tell paid $5.60, $3.20 and $2.80.
In the Pick Six, there were 11 tickets with all six winners and each ticket was worth $87,733. The total pool, including a two-day carryover of $529,296.99, was $1,619.805.99.
