Black Hebrew Leader Sentenced

WASHINGTON — A federal judge sentenced the leader of the Black Hebrew religious sect to a maximum 30 years in prison today for his role in a multimillion-dollar nationwide operation involving stolen plane tickets and credit cards and bank embezzlement.
U.S. District Judge Aubrey E. Robinson Jr. sentenced Warren Brown of Chicago, who is also known as Prince Asiel, to a minimum of five years and a maximum of 15 years on two counts of racketeering and conspiracy, the terms to run consecutively.
