College Honors Torres

Mount St. Mary’s College honored Celia Gonzales Torres as its 1986 Outstanding Alumna at a Founders’ Day observance Sunday at the Chalon campus.
Alumnae president Grace Wickersham delivered the tribute to Torres, a regent of Mount St. Mary’s who holds two degrees from the school.
