A Letter to Nancy

When I decided to go to Europe this summer, alone (I’m 20), I too felt apprehensive over terrorism. I discovered that worrying about bombs was about as productive as worrying about getting hit by a car. All the Europeans I spoke with were either amused or incredulous over what they consider American “paranoia,” and I tend to agree. My stay was fascinating, fun and safe.
