Fireworks Kill 4 in India

NEW DELHI — Four people were killed and 10 injured when a stray firecracker ignited a string of fireworks shops in the northern city of Munger, the Press Trust of India said Monday. The accident was the worst reported during this year’s Diwali festivities, a major Hindu religious event that features fireworks.
