New Deer Creek Will Offer 18 First-Phase Homes

New Deer Creek, a development of 61 single-family homes in Alta Loma by the Deer Creek Co., will open its first phase this weekend with 18 homes.
On sites of about one-half acre, the homes range from 2,530 to 2,943 square feet and are priced from $235,000 to $263,000. There are four single- and two-story plans and 18 Mediterranean exteriors.
Plans include three bedrooms and a den or four bedrooms with two baths plus powder room or three full baths.
Four furnished models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m daily. They can be reached by the Haven Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
