Single-Family Tara Homes in Fontana Open

Tara, a community of 101 single-family homes in Fontana, opens today with 36 houses priced from $85,990 to $98,990. Twenty-three have been sold.
Each home is offered with skylights, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, ceramic tile counters, three or four bedrooms, dining room, family room and breakfast nook in plans ranging from 1,079 to 1,448 square feet.
A project of West Venture Development Co., Tara will be built in three phases, with first move-ins scheduled in March.
The sales office and models, designed by Two’s Co., are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 14508 Autumn Place.
