The plastic surgeon who operated on model Marla Hanson’s slashed face testified that she remains “seriously disfigured” from permanent scarring. Dr. Ronald Levandusky of St. Vincent’s Hospital gave the prognosis at the assault trial in Manhattan of Steven Roth, 28, Hanson’s ex-landlord, who is accused of hiring two men to carry out the June 5 razor attack. Prosecutors said Hanson, 25, spurned Roth’s romantic advances and the two were fighting over an $850 rent security deposit.
