Gannett said it will convert the morning Courier-Journal to an “all-day” newspaper. The change will occur Feb. 16. The Times has a circulation of 124,000, the Courier-Journal 166,000. Gannett officials were unavailable for comment, but industry analysts said the move was a cost-cutting measure by Gannett.
