Lewis F. Lovell has been promoted to executive vice president and senior trust officer at Pacific Inland Bank in Anaheim. Lovell, 67, of Huntington Beach had been a senior vice president. He will continue to oversee the operations of the bank’s trust department, which has assets of more than $100 million.
