Karsten Mahlmann, chief executive and managing partner of Stotler & Co., has been elected chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade. Patrick H. Arbor, vice president of Shatkin Trading Co., was elected vice chairman. Each had been nominated without opposition and will serve one-year terms.
