Michael W. Phillips, 45, has been promoted to first vice president and treasurer of Los Angeles-based Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, a subsidiary of Sears, Roebuck & Co. Also, Robert R. Bothamley was promoted to vice president and controller, and Carol W. Garnant has been named vice president and director of tax administration.
