Agoura Hills Crash Kills Driver, Hurts 2

An 18-year-old motorist was killed and two passengers were injured Tuesday when their car apparently spun out of control near Agoura Hills and crashed into a power pole, authorities said.
The victims’ names were not disclosed, but fire officials said they were from Agoura Hills.
One passenger, an 18-year-old man, was listed in critical condition at Westlake Community Hospital. A 16-year-old girl was treated and released, a spokeswoman said.
The car hit a fire hydrant and a power pole shortly before 7 p.m. on Kanan Road near Castle View Drive, Los Angeles County Fire Capt. Dick Baker said.
